Pattern plating is a selective PCB manufacturing technique where copper is electroplated only onto specific circuit traces and pads defined by a photoresist mask, rather than over the entire panel. This process increases conductivity for specific areas, enables finer line widths, and reduces the amount of copper removed during etching compared to panel plating.

الطلاء الانتقائي للنماذج (Pattern plating) هو تقنية تصنيع لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة (PCB) يتم فيها طلاء النحاس بالكهرباء فقط على مسارات الدائرة والوسادات المحددة بواسطة قناع فوتورزست، بدلاً من طلاء اللوحة بأكملها. تزيد هذه العملية من التوصيلية في المناطق المحددة، وتتيح عرض خطوط أدق، وتقلل كمية النحاس المزيلة أثناء عملية النقش مقارنةً بالطلاء على مستوى اللوحة الكامل (panel plating).
