It offers high accuracy for tight tolerance requirements, utilizing technologies like peck drilling for deep holes, in industries ranging from aerospace and medical to automotive. 

التنقيب/الثقب باستخدام CNC هو عملية تشغيل آلية تستخدم أدوات قطع دوارة يتحكم فيها الحاسوب لإنتاج ثقوب أسطوانية دقيقة في قطعة العمل الثابتة، وتهدف بشكل أساسي للتجميع. توفر دقة عالية لتلبية متطلبات التحمل الضيق، وتستخدم تقنيات مثل الحفر المتقطع (peck drilling) للثقوب العميقة، وتُطبق في صناعات متعددة من الطيران والطب إلى السيارات.
